Rowville Lions Club Teddy Bear Program

Pictured making the presentation are (above) Secretary Julia Young,
Vice President Frances Campbell and President Harald Pries.

It might just be a stuffed toy but Melbourne’s Lions Club of Rowville knows a teddy bear can do a powerful lot of good when given as a gift of love.

As part of Opera tion Teddy Bear, the club recently made a presenta tion of bears to the SOCA unit of Victoria Police based at its Knox headquarters.

Pictured making the presenta tion are (above) Secretar y Julia Young, Vice President Frances Campbell and President Harald Pries.

As there is an ever increasing number of children in emergenc y situations, the bears will come in hand y over coming months and the c lub is happy to provide more of them as needed.
